Hypnotherapy means using hypnosis to address problems that originate in the mind.
As a hypnotherapist I work with clients on a variety of issues and concerns. Often my clients tell me that there is something they would like to change but they don't know how, or that there is something holding them back.
Hypnosis provides a safe and effective way of overcoming these barriers and helping you achieve the changes you want to make so that you can get on with your life. Hypnosis itself is nothing magical, it is simply a state of relaxation and you remain completely in control at all times.
My goal is to work with you to identify the problems you want to work on and to help you find ways of achieving your goals. My focus is on practical, effective techniques that you can quickly put into practice in your everyday life.
