Hypnotherapy simply means using hypnosis to address problems that originate in the mind. Hypnosis is simply a tool that we use during a therapy session. You may also be given hypnosis audios to listen to at home to reinforce the work we have done during a session.
Hypnosis itself is nothing magical, it is simply a state of focussed relaxation. During a session of hypnosis I will help guide you into that relaxed state, but you will be completely in control at all times.
